The actual massage I received was pretty good overall. However, the process before & after felt very rushed, scripted, and impersonal. Transitions were overly abrupt, to the point of leaving me feeling unsettled. The irony here that one books a massage for increased relaxation, and I felt the opposite by the time I left.

I'm accustomed to a full Spa experience with quite room before and after service. Also, the spas I typically visit has saunas at minimum. My rating was based on overall experience and amenities.

My experience with my therapist was great. To be highly satisfied I would have to be worked on my whole 50 minutes. Some therapists give you a few minutes to change others give way too much time that cuts into your massage. Amber is great and knows her clients well.

Staff were late it seemed. Facial not the same as my previous one. Online booking was for 90 minutes but staff thought it was 60 minutes due to how the title showed to them.

Overall this was a pleasant experience. I had never had a massage before and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. The receptionist was very friendly but I felt rushed to get started when I walked in and my therapist was immediately available. This is likely my fault for showing up right before my appointment time though.

I have been a member for many years and rarely found time to travel to the closest spa. Now that I finally have time to use my credits, I cannot book online because an online reservation requires a credit card payment. I'm not going to enter my credit card information on the website, and I shouldn't have to. That's why I pre-pay a membership fee every month!

I had a great experience. Massage was great. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

The massage therapist was so incredibly nice, but the massage was more relaxing/stress relieving when I was actually looking for help with a problem area. I asked for more pressure at the site of the problem area twice, but didn't really feel anything changed.
