Friendly staff willing to explain the process of my visit, and which options I had.

Staff was very friendly. Receptionists explained membership program and Black Friday questions I had. The location is convientient.

Gabriella was very pleasant and made me very comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and my skin felt wonderful. I would definitely ask for her when I make another appointment.

It is easy to book appointments with the person I prefer to see. The reception area is welcoming and calm. The rooms are nice and the table used easy to move on and off of.

My appointment was originally going to have to be changed but none of the times worked for me, and the receptionist went out of her way to find me a therapist and do my appointment at the original time. Excellent service and a wonderful massage.

The descriptions of what to expect during the entire experience were clearly articulated well before the appointment. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff were terrific. The massage therapist was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with this novice.

Amber my massage therapist is great! She always asks what is bugging me and tries to do her best to elevate my pain. If she finds that what we have been doing is not working she tries other methods.

The therapist was wonderful and listened to my concerns. The entire was very friendly and helpful. The receptionists wearing their winter coasts did not make a good first impression. I know it must be hard with the door opening.

The entire experience is top notch. Everything from the friendly staff and massage therapists to the cleanliness and atmosphere of the building.
