I thoroughly enjoyed the actual massage portion of my visit. My therapist was amazing! However checkout was super uncomfortable, the checkout lady was very aggressive in asking for a suggested tip out loud in front of other quests in the waiting area and stating that we owed a tip on retail price. I am typically a generous tipper especially for a service that was good, asking me out loud what to give gave me the ick especially telling me it should be $20+ per therapist then stating we should have owed the retail price implying we’re cheap or something. I mean you guys set the pricing online. From a sales perspective I get the need to encourage us to get a membership but again the whole conversation right after a relaxing massage was very uncomfortable and my husband especially was upset upon leaving. They need to chill out sales isn’t just selling a service it’s connecting with your client. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love Jeremiah as a massage therapist. He is so skilled, and I always feel significant relief after my appointments. At this last appointment, he was listening to earbuds during my massage, and I could hear the book/podcast/interview that he was listening to. It was very distracting and didn't seem professional. I should have brought it to his attention and asked him to either turn the volume down or turn it off, but I didn't. I regret that. I've also had a couple of experiences recently with both Jeremiah and Vanna where the table heater was broken, which is disappointing.

my recent appointment was rescheduled without a call or text to notify me, I did not get the massage therapist I had booked the original appointment for, and the new massage therapist was not to my usual liking (nothing personal, just not my style that I prefer in terms of how they focus areas). Also, I was told scalp massages (with no oil or aromatherapy) could be included as the normal massage and I was never charged for it after they told me, but this time they charged me even after I asked for clarification on it.

I was highly satisfied with my massage, but my appointments had to be moved so I couldnt get my facial, and when I showed up I had a different therapist working on me than who I thought. I prefer when things are smoother, but I know the spa staff is great and doing their best I was just a little disappointed, not a huge deal.

Door locked. Closed at first. Receptionist steered me away from the services I requested despite that having been successful for me in the past.

Gift card said 50 minute massage. Card information was given to receptionist when appointment was scheduled. When I ARRIVED and presented the card I was told there was only $25 credit! I paid the remaining. The receptionist did used the introductory price to defray the cost. Shouldn't I have been informed when the appointment was made??

Hello, I had never had a massage before so there is really nothing to compare it to at this point but I do intend on coming back. I was satisfied with everything having to do with the experience.

At time of booking was told the Himalayan salt and aromatics were interchangeable however was told at time of checkin that I owed another 30$. The massage have very little pressure even after explaining areas of discomfort. I was also not impressed with how much talking the masseuse engaged. Lastly the music was rather loud making it difficult to relax.
