Waited 15 minutes from scheduled time. Massage itself was great.

The massage therapist was excellent in hearing and meeting physical areas of need.

I was charged twice for my membership when I told the person I was signing up with that I'm struggling financially. It put my bank balance in the negative and I got a service fee. I had to ask for a discount on my next service, and I feel like that should be something offered to me. Also, I was unable to login to create my membership, and it took talking to three people at the business to sign me back up for emails. There probably needs to be a better system for those types of issues.

when my MSA card expired they notified by email, and my reply bounced back. They started making withdrawal from. my debit card without my approval, and, as much as I love them, this is a bad business practice. They should've called and gotten my new card, or at least my consent. This is why I left Massage Green. Tracy and Cliff are great owners, and I trust this won't be an issue in the future.

I like scented oils.

The massage was great - completely relieved the pain I had been feeling! - but it wasn't anything special. At one point during the session, the masseuse asked how I liked the pressure and I asked her to go deeper, but she only did so for a few minutes until tapering off and returning to a more mid-level pressure. She was pleasant and professional, just average.

The up charge rates were high and my hour facial ended in 40 minutes.

I had a great experience with my massage, the online scheduling was great. My massage therapist did a great job asking questions and helping me feel comfortable. The one issue I ran into was what felt like a bit of a "swap" when I called to ask questions about my appointment and schedule a first timer deal. I asked some questions about the services, and the receptionist rushed me into a sports massage, but did not inform me that it would cost more. After my massage was over I was told that the cost would be an additional $20. It's not anything that would break the bank, it just felt dishonest.

I understand the massages are 50 minutes, but it would be nice to have the extra 10 minutes. Some of the massage therapists who I’ve worked with haven’t been very personable and it almost gives off a weird/off putting vibe - almost like they don’t like what they do and they don’t want to be there. It feels awkward sometimes.

everything was amazing. I realized that my problem cannot be solved in one session. And 45 minutes is not enough to take for a massage - the required time is twice as long!
