I was satisfied.

The rooms were freezing. It’s really hard to relax with goosebumps. And the staff weren’t able to turn the heat up for some reason.

The room was dirty the tables and floors The bedding was clean just wanted to bring that to your attention about the cleanliness of the room Thanks

The oil should be warmed up. Also I think rhe masseuse had long nails thy sometimes dig into me. But overall she was a very talented masseuse.

My therapist was late and I feel like I did not get a full hour. I'm also having a problem getting appointments and currently have 6 sessions paid ahead and have to wait a full month before I can get in again. I would like more frequent appointments.

I wanted to enjoy getting a facial in silence but I was appreciative of the knowledge and experience of my esthetician.

This was my first massage with this person and he did not ask a lot of questions to find out what my issues are and I was not as comfortable with him as I am with a woman. he did not seem to be as intuitive about where my issues are as some other masseuses have been. I missed Amber!!!

By comparison with what you get in Thailand or in Indonesia, it was very slow, so did not warm up the muscles as much. Also, some areas were missed in my opinion. But I understand that such comparison is not straightforward. Compared to other placed in the U.S., it was fine.

I inquired about price of services & receptionist was not able to answer.
