The receptionist was cordial. The therapist made me feel comfortable. He gave me tips to minimize areas where pain was felt.

no other clients, dark cold night, covid fatigue of us all equaled a "good" experience. My massage therapist was fine. I could have asked for more pressure, but I didn't. I have had better massages but given this was my first time, this was fine. In these covid times, I think we need to cut everyone slack, including businesses. I am just happy you were open and providing safe massages. I appreciate that everyone wore a mask.

The massage service should be a full hour, not 50 minutes.

Good experience but not exceptional. Will return, however. Have not been too impressed by available times for appointments— even looking out 1 month from now there are essentially no evening appointments and only 1 weekend available. Posted hours are very different than those available for appointments.

I think the business could work on creating a more spa-like ambiance in the rooms. The lobby has that effect, but the individual rooms are very plain and somewhat dull.

I had a great experience and liked my facial. The appearance of my skin improved even with one facial. I would like to learn more about the devices used during the facial, how often I should add those treatments and at home application options, etc. Overall I am very pleased and happy with my facial, the ambiance and service I received. I will come back.
