The massage itself is great, Matthew knows exactly what spots to attend to most. The difficulty these days is in scheduling an appointment because his schedule is often booked for weeks and one rescheduling incident threw me off my monthly rhythm!

Felt very uncomfortable with not being able to wear a mask with my eyes shut and knowing the esthetician was not vaccinated and couldn’t see if mask was on correctly

There was an issue with my gift card buy it had nothing to with the employees or anything. The staff were awesome but the whole gift card thing ruined my after mood. I will be coming back soon though

Everyone was very friendly. The space was very clean and well kept. The woman that performed my massage and I just didn't vibe. She did nothing wrong, but I just never felt relaxed. I was not able to lose myself in the massage. She was friendly and asked how I was doing and the massage was fine. But the next time I will most likely book with someone else. Again- she did nothing wrong, I just didn't vibe or click with her.

I was highly satisfied with the esthetician who worked with me (Ioulia.) She was knowledgeable, tailored her treatment to my needs, and she was friendly but not overly talkative. She was also efficient.

Massage therapist could have been friendlier. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

My massage therapist was not personable. And she didn’t offer any suggestions or ask for feedback and I came home feeling like I didn’t have a massage. The therapist l had in the past no longer works there. I will give it one more try with another massage therapist. If im not satisfied I will cancel my membership

Hard to get appointments within my schedule, usually a week or 2 out from when I call. And that makes it difficult to use my built up accruals of services.
