Hand and Stone

The reception/waiting area feels cluttered, there is a lot of products everywhere and it is a bit overwhelming to take in as a new customer. The booking process was a little confusing because I booked this visit as a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and the process is only set up as if you are booking for yourself. As a result of a confusing booking process, it only made things more confusing at the end when finalizing payment for the service and setting up a membership. Other than that, staff members were nice and the service itself was nice.

No particular reason for not being highly satisfied.

The massage was more like a physical therapy visit, was more stretching then massage. Was really just looking to relax and get a traditional massage. Therapist was very nice but very talkative.

Therapist was nice and massage was relaxing but I paid a premium for the hot stone and I don’t feel stones were used much. My problem area felt the same and was still bothering me on the way home. I found the room to be a little cold and only had a sheet to cover myself. Every other massage place I’ve been to has a blanket on the bed in addition to the sheet.

In general if I am satisfied that’s’ good. I rarely am highly satisfied by any experience. In my opinion the deep pressure massage should not cost $20 more.

They canceled my couple massage so only one person got a massage but it wasn’t even a whole hour. Cause the lady felt sick. I had added Scalp and foot massage she just did everything all at once

Massage did not fully address the area in need.

The lights were too bright in my room. I wanted a full body massage but didn’t really get that. I feel worse the day after than I did going in.

Never asked about level of pressure didn’t feel like I should mention it as I wasn’t sure if they was a technique for a. Area or just level of pressure.

The staff is very pleasant and polite. I love the way you have implemented COVID checking. If anything I wish the products were a little cheaper.
