there was a non working soap dispenser in main women bathroom. a cool looking pretty thing but I could not get it to work, or didn't know how. there was a plastic container next to it (that did have soap, but it was actually a old hand sanitizer bottle so at first I thought it was santizer to use instead of soap, but it was really soap) Maybe X out the alcohol/ingredient info. By the time I would have found staff there would have been a lot more touching of the door, which is gross, and unfortunately I didn't remember to tell therapist about it. Wasn't really a big deal since I still was able to wash my hands.

I think the rooms are just basic . No different than a Drs office would have . Also some aroma would be nice . Like lavender.

While the ambiance was wonderful, the therapist very knowledgeable, and the experience lovely, I would have liked more time spent on my mentioned focus area. I thought that paying for an extra half hour of service would allow more time for the working of that particular area, instead of the time being distributed over the rest of the body. But maybe I was not specific with my directions or did not put my request forward enough? I accept that inadequate communication may have been a failure on my end.

The specific room has warped base boards and the lights flickered some. I also don’t appreciate that the company is making me sign a waiver that they aren’t responsible for me getting Covid there. I understand that you have to protect your business, but it also feels disgusting and uncaring to have to sign a form like that.

Amy gave me the exact massage I requested. I called in twice to acknowledge I was in the parking lot but never got a call to come in. 5 minutes past my appointment I went to the window and they told me to come in. They were waiting for me and told me they never got my messages. I got the full massage although I was late.

I was sure that I have roll over appointments that I could use towards my appointment from previous months. Because of this i increased the appointment time and used the cod oil upgrade to utilize the roll over. I was told at check out that I didn’t and was charge in full.

The energy, from the door, was still. The presence of the staff was welcoming. When I got up from the massage table, I felt free. Surely weight was lifted from my body.

I was really happy this time I wasn't asked to continually upgrade my service. In the best it seemed to be a little too much but this time it was that didn't happen. Overall I think the staff and environment is great and so glad to be back.

I had called to book a massage and my follow up calls all mentioned the massage but upon arrival I found out my appointment was saved as a facial. Luckily I was going to get a facial soon and had 3 packages on file to cover both the facial and massage, so I went forward with the facial and booked a massage afterwards for later.
