Sara had knowledge that I was in Florida for the winter so she had preconceived idea. She didn't use the lamp first to look at my face and actually evaluate. I've been back 6 weeks which she didn't know because she didn't ask me about my experiences

My massage therapist communicated she was newer and Caitlyn did a satisfactory job during my massage. However, I requested to only focus on my legs, neck, back, and she massaged my arms. It felt nice, but I would've liked more time on my requested areas. Overall, satisfactory.

My appointment started late and the therapist did not adjust the time of my massage, therefore my appointment was less than the advertised 50 minutes. Also I think its inappropriate that the receptionists ask you out loud how much of a tip you are leaving. There should be a way for the customer to enter the amount when using a credit card so your tip isn't announced to the receptionists and other guests in the waiting area.

I was indeed satisfied . Highly satisfied would require me to fully understand that my skin would be enhanced in some way.. not anyone's fault- I am just not convinced.

I purchased a buy one get one free for 100$. My expectation is that=2 100$ massages and I was told shortly after my arrival mine was only for 59.95 which is not what I was told when I purchased the promotional offer.

It’s problematic that appointments do not occur on time. Creates scheduling conflicts for me.

I feel every time I go in, it doesn't matter the therapist or esthetician, they are always trying to upsell. I understand it is a business, it's just the monthly subscription is not inexpensive and items such as a different face mask, lotion or using some essential oil should cost an additional $20 every time.

I was unaware prior to this visit that I would be charged a $10/month service fee for my membership, as I had assumed my credit card was being incorrectly charged for more than the $59/month membership. I could understand a once a year fee, but a monthly fee of $10 is significant and should have been disclosed.
