Clients are asked to be 5 minutes early for appointments, yet the treatments invariably start 5-10 minutes late.

Technology rather difficult for me

I was satisfied with the services. High satisfaction would require lower pricing for me. I’ve also had some difficulty with starting my membership at another location & using all services in Ann Arbor, etc.

It’s a bit on the expensive side and the massage therapist didn’t fully work out my knots

I wasn’t called into my appointment until 10 minutes after start, then I talked with the therapist and had time to change so the massage started more than 10 minutes after my appointment and still ended exactly on time. My therapist was knowledgeable and friendly but when he talked he often talked with his hands which took time away from the massage and was kind of disappointing.

I think my expectations were different because I had requested a specific person online and the person I got was someone differently named. As well, I really liked Kayla and had her in two or three of my last appts. Emma was really good also. I think I would have liked a bit more time to talk at the beginning and more attention to my eye area, but this likely would have been resolved had I been there on time. I was a bit distracted and already feeling guilty about being late! Emma did a great job with the info she had on hand.

I don't think the massage therapists have enough training or knowledgable to do their job.

The massage oil smelled like feet. Therapist was friendly, but green. Desi no longer works there.

I arrived on time but had to wait for my Massage to begin. It was a little longer wait than I would’ve liked. It ended up okay on time.

I felt that the appointment was cut short. I did arrive about 6 minutes late to the spa, but I received 60 minutes or less of actual massage time, and I paid for 80 minutes.
