I was very satisfied with the services provided. My only complaint is that there were stains on the bed linens. Other than the soiled linens the massage itself was fine.

I was not given the option on the type of oils that could have been used on my body. I would have liked more of a scent choice to help me relax better. Also consider using cbd oil for aches and pains.

- more expensive than other massages - sometimes massage starts 10 or more minutes later than appointment time - music can be better

I would have been Highly Satisfied if the therapist engaged me in conversation about my prior massage experience. None of this happened. Although, to her credit she figured out what to focus on, etc., fairly effectively, considering she did not seek guidance in the beginning. I could have given unsolicited guidance, however I was curious as to whether she would seek it. She was doing a very good job without it, which likely points to skill and perhaps confidence. But, had she know I have extensive experience with deep tissue massage techniques, I perhaps could have guided her toward the things my muscles react to optimally. I may have been able to do this without encroaching on her technique. But to do so would have required this pre-talk. This would have been Highly Satisfying. Again, the skills were displayed and I benefitted. But I would be thrilled to see this talented therapist raise her game and the reputation of the establishment even higher.

A miscommunication -- I was informed that I would be able to use a coupon that was expired. Because I was a few minutes late to my first of two appointments, the reception team had already checked me in and I was less inclined to check with them about the expired coupon. At check out the bill was about $30 more than I had anticipated but lesson learned!

Restroom was ok. I would prefer towels to dry with instead of paper towels. It looks like there were only 3 provided and they were used with no more provided. My apt was in the early afternoon there should be more available for the day.

I enjoyed my experience but didn’t like being upsold to a scalp treatment during my facial when there was no discussion of additional cost. My massage was nice but there was no discussion of pressure and I found that it was not a therapeutic massage
