We were called and told that we owed $20 after we left Hand and Stone. I returned to pay the $20. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

Staff friendly, knowledgeable, massage therapist excellent, when you leave feel refreshed and like a new person, would highly recommend Hand and Stone to my friends and family

The only problem I had was that you have to pay extra to get a customized skincare selection during your facial. Why would you pay that much money to have someone use basic products that are not going to help your specific skin type. also I noticed that using eye products during the facial was an extra charge as well which I think is ridiculous. That should be apart of a normal facial.

I would make the entrance more cozy and the appointment started about 10 minutes late when we were told to arrive at the appointment 15 minutes early.

I made my appointment on line and tried to get a 90-min session. I ended up with a 50-min session, and did not know this until I checked in.

I believe the massage was Supposed to be for 50 minutes. She started at 11:10, and ended at 11:50.

We were very pleased with the 2 therapists we had, Diana and Kelly! They were amazing. Hand and Stone is a bit pricey, however those two and the very friendly receptionist (that assisted us, I forget her name) will be the reason we return.

Music was loud (to me) and not relaxing this time-which was odd. Usually the music is more soothing and not quite as loud. I would like to have had more time spent on a couple of areas, but that is my fault for saying something

I don't like up-selling. I'm not sure this is a practice you use with every client and for every visit. So, I am still willing to try out the membership and see how things go.

staff says their 45 min massages are truth in advertising since others book one hour massages and take as much time before and after. Not so. I realize this is a chain, but there is another massage provider across town that gives a full hour massage with 10 minutes complimentary steam or sauna before - for $70. I paid $99.95 at H&S for 45 minutes, with a fair amount of waiting once I was in my room. I would not return if an appointment is available elsewhere.
