Thought i had enough packages built up that the only cost i was to pay was tip. That was not the case. Nor was an issue from previous massage addresssed. Love emilee she is fantastic. Vanna did a good job

My massage therapist did not ask if I was satisfied or not. I also expected a ful bottle of water like I have revived at other massage places, not enough water to keep you hydrated

This appointment was flexible with time, but overall, as a member with Hand and Stone monthly massages, there is often limited availability to book appointments. I usually need to book at least three weeks out.

The spa feels very institutional. The rooms dont appear warm and welcoming. They feel more like doctors rooms or hospital rooms than a warm welcoming spa. The massage therapists and staff are fantastic.

The massage was gifted to me by my sister-in-law and scheduling was a bit of an issue. It took a few hours to get it resolved.

I was highly satisfying ed with Emilee. She is awesome. Check out was the problem. Was charged too much and had to ask to be charged for the previously agreed upon special facial price.

I arrived for my appointment and was never acknowledged that I was there. The receptionist looked at me several times so I assumed she checked me in. After 15 mins. I approached her, and said I was there. She acted surprised I was there for an appointment . She then told me that 1 of my services was canceled, and that there were no other facialist that could do my 2nd service that day. The last appointement I had prior to this one was not even on the books, I had called that day and was told to come at 4:00. When I arrived no appointment... I was instead scheduled for weeks out. Luckily someone else no showed and I was able to get a massage. Very frustrating. The front desk at this location needs serious help.

Had to re-enter my personal information, but neither I nor the professional had an appointment after, so we were able to use the full time. I would like to be able to fully book online, and more weekend availability. I also wish the upcharges were a little less expensive.
