I am still exploring options to see what I will benefit from.

While my therapist was great, the cost of this massage (even with a coupon) was higher than typical, and more than I expected to pay when I arrived. The staff attempted several times to upsell me to a subscription package.

I felt that the service was expensive. Maybe if the service was a longer duration I would have been more satisfied. I would like to be clear, the price is what I don’t like about this place. The massage was excellent and so was the therepist.

I felt my facial was just a massage on my face for an hour. I wasn’t told what she was doing each time she put something on my face. She was very sweet but seemed inexperienced.

I always try and book online vs. calling but it never seems to work out. I always end up having to call anyway.

I was a little surprised by the uncharges on my visit. The massage was good so I didn't complain and paid. I will be more careful next time.

It takes a while to get an appointment with Mike, the other therapist I saw few months ago messed up my back that I am still trying to heal from

The staff seems to change very often and the online membership problems were never resolved even though I was promised follow up calls and the time of the services are very short compared to the length of the appointment.

The receptionist area was very friendly, especially when booking and arriving for my appointment. My massage therapist was friendly, however, she wasn't very personable, which I expect from a MT. It seemed she was just saying a script and didn't explain anything, such as she would be using a hot towel (which the towel is great but you should say something). Also, I was disappointed with the look of the massage room. The table was comfortable, but the linens looked "dingy" and I didn't feel confident in their cleanliness. I didn't get the feel of a cozy, spa-like experience, which is what I expected from the way the place is advertised. Lastly, I wasn't explained anything about the membership ahead of time and after a massage isn't the best time to try to sell me on anything when I am feeling relaxed and just want to continue that feeling. I may try this place again because the actual massage was good and overall a friendly place, but I have definitely experienced better.

Overall happy with the experince during services. This was my first facial, and I felt a little lost still with the direction I should take with seeing results I wanted with my dark spots and acne issues. Would have liked slightly more guidance, however was given some general helpful information.
