Was hoping that it would improve level of pain, and if anything, pain has increased some. This may have nothing to do with the therapist, and be all due to my injury.

I appreciate the privacy, but with an empty practice at 11 on Sunday morning, it felt weirdly isolated. The linens on the table made up like a bed felt weird. I'd rather a spa-type atmosphere with a large towel overlay than getting between sheets like going to bed. The therapist was awesome, but maybe go over the plan for how the session will go before starting, and say something about the envelopes for tips rather than having me figure it out (first visit). So therapist gets a highly satisfied. Visit could be more clearly defined and setting more spa-like to encourage me to return. Thanks!

Overall the experience is excellent. If I decide to go elsewhere, it will be because they can’t do more involved treatments, like a medical spa can. I also find that the hour appointments tend to be more like 45 to 50 minutes.

I thought I had booked a 1 hour facial. In reality I was only in the room for 30 minutes. The service that I received was very good just did not get the time that I had anticipated.

I booked a sports massage hoping for a good deal of stretching. Some stretching was incorporated into the massage, but not as much as I thought there would be.

I saw a facialist (not massage therapist) for a sensitive facial. I wondered if she had been trained in the past to handle sensitive skin, since she exfoliated my (sensitive) cheeks for far too long. I got the sense that she was following a formula rather than actually looking to see how her actions were affecting my skin.

My biggest concern was that I was not asked if I had any injuries or concerns from the therapist.

I wasn't unsatisfied... It just felt the goal was to sell product and extra treatment. I thought the facial itself was fine.
