I was for the most part. I just don’t do regular visits and it is expensive. Add ons need to be explained with a dollar value if you’re not familiar with the services

I Don’t want to

unfortunate that a very loud and distracting aerobics class began next door and killed the calm serenity of my appointment. Came right through the walls. Basically ruined all of the positive aspects of the visit.

I had to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time for my appointment to begin. That was disappointing. I wasn't in a rush, but I don't like to wait.

The massage felt very rushed and did not flow. She did address the area's I mentioned to focus on but the pressure was not even. Was chewing gum during the massage and I could hear her the whole time chewing.

This is the first time I've had a less than stellar massage. I told my therapist about the specific areas I needed her to work on, and it was instead a full body massage (appreciated, but not what I wanted).

Overall the experience was very satisfying. I was pleased that I got some relief from my back pain. I will return for additional services, and will share good services with others.

I will be moving soon to an area where it looks like there are no Hand and Stone locations

Everything was fine. Not extraordinary but very good.
