We paid for add on experiences (15 minute foot) but everything was done in the same 50 minute timeframe.

I did enjoy my experience. I try not to give the highest ratings on these so that you can tell the differences in relative terms.

It's a little expensive.

It was a solid massage. Best massage I've ever had, no, but there wasn't anything specifically wrong. I will be visiting again.

The experience itself was very nice, although the extractions were fairly painful. Overall, I see improvement in my skin, although I'm not one to go to get a facial often.

I came out of my massage more sore than when I got there. Found therapist just wanted to get me out.

The therapist arrived from outside 2 minutes before my appointment. The actual massage did not start until 4:12 and was stopped at 4:50. That is not an hour massage.

My therapist name is Sarah. She is very kind and good. When I need relax time anytime I want to go there. Thank you so much.

Having to complete this survey diminishes the quality of my experiences

I have used my fiance's package to book massages for a year now. Yesterday, for the first time, I had a $10 "package transfer fee." When i asked about this, and said that it had never occurred before. The response was simply "oh im sorry. Thats inconsistent." We may not be continuing the monthly membership because of this. I could understand that someone might miss it. But a years worth of appointments is beyond "inconsistent"
