I'm a member and I go every month. I tried a new therapist this time. Amy did well with the pressure and recommendation but it was short and felt rushed. I usually get the full hour and I didn't. We started at 0103 and finished at 151. I also tried the grapefruit foot scrub and I expected that to be longer too.

They don't keep be up to date on my points. Last month when the therapist offered a new light therapy for my facial she said it was complimentary. When I got up front I was charged. I always double check now before agreeing to any extras now.

Massage was ok, not enough time spent in back, barely any contact with hand or feet.

I paid for a deep tissue massage, and although it went deeper than usual, I feel like it was not very different from the regular massage I usually get.

The massage was great. The facial was just okay, if not a bit disappointing...I am used to a lot better...lights in the room seemed too bright...sensory experience was bad in you had to pay extra for any aromatherapy...therefore nothing smelled good at all. In fact, I thought the warm towels (which were nice) did not smell good. Also, too much down time. I just felt like I paid a lot for a face wash, facial massage and a mask, which I could easily do at home. There were no extractions or explanation of why not. Also, it seemed like there should be some other treatment while the mask(s) are sitting there. There was a quick hand massage at one point. As it was, over half of my facial consisted of me just laying there (waiting) with some product on my face. It was not horrible by any means, but I've had some really great facials and this was not one of them. I would probably not go back here for a facial. At the very least, I think the option of diffusing oils into the room should be included in the price.

I was not highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because of my own biases. I frequently get massages, and it takes a lot for me to have a 'Wow' experience. Hand and Stone provides great massages for a good price. That's why I have a membership and use their services.

First time visiting everything was great, nice staff and atmosphere....but my skin reacted to the product. More personal reasons...felt good and looked good walking out the door.

Got a couples massage, husband wasn't super satisfied with his massage. His therapist didn't ask what he wanted her to work on. She also came directly from another appointment so I think her hands were tired when she got to him. Mine was great. Floor in room and reception area were dirty. Staff was super friendly.

I scheduled an appointment in advance. They called to reschedule because my therapist was unavailable. I was not able to come in the next day but I received a confirmation for that appt anyway and had to cancel the appointment I didn't make. That same week, I called again to schedule an appointment for same-day. Later, they called wondering where I was because they had put me in for the wrong time. Luckily the time I wanted was still available but it is frustrating when scheduling is such a hassle!
