I truly enjoy my experience everytime I receive services from this location. The staff and owners are friendly and are very concern about my well being.

The massage therapist was running late, but I did receive a courtesy call to inform me of this. Also, she was very chatty in the appointment.

The experience was OK. The young girl was very friendly and polite. I truly enjoyed the time there.

Carly was wonderful. She took time to understand my needs and tailor the service accordingly. Polite and helpful!

When we arrived, we were told there was a booking issue at the time the appt. was made. The woman handled it quickly and efficiently. We had to wait an hit, but it put us in a time crunch. Every thing else was good. I understand mistakes happen, I was not mad at the person who booked, but disappointed about the situation.

While I was highly satisfied with my facial, I was disappointed with my massage, both because I had asked for a hot stone massage, and because the pressure and overall massage was not satisfactory.

The bed was not level and really not safe. Therapist had to adjust the leg and place a towel under it so it did not wobble. Therapist technique was ok, but I give extra points when the therapist extends the massage to the finger tips and toes and scalp, which this one did not.
