Overall the people and the service are great. The provider listened to my needs and worked specifically on the areas I requested. The products used were great and the experience was very relaxing.

Staff is friendly. Had to change my appointment and they easily handled it. Yaniyah does all my facials, and does a wonderful job; she’s suggested new options that worked well for me. Also answered my questions about a product fromHand and Stone that I’ve been using

Making the appointments has always been quick and efficient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I go to this establishment in two different states. I have had the same experience at both of them.

I like being able to pick my therapist using the online booking system! If I find someone I like working with, I prefer to keep going to them! I also love the ease of booking a time I want and the convenience of the location to my home and work. Great job Hand & Stone of Ann Arbor!
