Therapist was attentive regarding problem areas. They were very adept at locating the spots that needed more attention and checked in several times re: pressure/pain. Loved them and would request them specifically again if possible!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had a relaxing massage. The prices are very low compared to other spas in Ann Arbor.

Elissa (massage therapist) was wonderful! She asked me about what I was dealing with/needed. She listened to what I told her (stress/anxiety I was dealing with, requested not too much pressure, quiet/safe space). She provided exactly what I needed. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. I am so grateful I was able to book this with her. I will be back!

Amber is really a jewel. I came in this time with some sciatica and felt so much better when I left. She does an awesome deep tissue massage, always knows the status of my account and how much I have to put towards services, and provides great recommendations. Every person I work with at the reception desk is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I book every other month so that I can get a massage and facial and have never been dissappointed.

Hand and Stone did a phenomenal job in taking care of my wife and I’s needs. The hour massage was just what we need for her 27th birthday. My wife was very pleased and is excited to come back and try out a facial. Will be back soon!
