Amber is a terrific therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable, capable and friendly. I appreciate each appointment I have with her. The costs have risen which is a bit of a concern but it is still worth it for me to continue with Hand and Stone as it has a good atmosphere and provides excellent services.

The therapist I was initially scheduled with had car troubles and could not make it to the spa for my appointment. The team was very accommodating and scheduled me with another therapist. I drive 90 minutes to the spa and was very thankful to be rescheduled the same day.

Getting a facial from Avery is such a treat! I enjoy conversing with her and allowing her to help me feel more relaxed (and moisturized). She takes full command of the situation, is competent, and makes me laugh.

Great massage

This was my first massage. I enjoyed it very much. $110 is still a bit pricey for me but I may save up to get a massgae once or twice a year. Thank you!

The staff working at the front desk were very kind and friendly. Maureen was amazing, as always, and really helped me with my neck/shoulder/back issues. My appointment started about 20 minutes late, but that's the first time that has every happened to me, they let me know right when I got there, and Maureen acknowledged it, so it couldn't have been handled any better. 10/10 recommend Hand & Stone and Maureen.

The therapist was amazing and truly worked to better my affected areas. She tried very hard to meet all my needs, and discussed ways to work further on myself.

I found the experience to be a good one . Jeremiah was a friendly, skilled , massage therapist who provided an excellent massage. Jeremiah explained what and why he was doing certain maneuvers that relieved my hip pain.

Every time I have been there it has been amazing. The only bad thing that ever happened was, I gave my mom and aunt gift cards, we made appts for the three of us to go together and we were cancelled on the morning of with an hours notice. It is not fair to your customers to threaten charging them for cancellations when the company can cancel with no repercussions. The staff is amazing, I've never had a bad therapist and will continue to come in for services, but the company should review this policy and compensate the guest when rolls are reversed. Thankyou!
