My esthetician was very nice and knowledgeable and took care of the issues I presented to her. My facial was very relaxing and my skin had visible improvements upon leaving the spa.

Excellent therapist. Have had others who do not use much pressure even was asked but this therapist uses a very deep pressure. Only complaint is that most visit I have have ultimately been rescheduled by the store. Communication is great about this but I think 1 of the 4 times I have been there did I actually been able to keep the original appt time/date.

Hand and stone is the first spa I’ve ever visited and they made me feel extremely welcome. Mercedes and Avery serviced me and they did such a great job that I will requesting them from now on.

Amber did an exceptional job. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, really helped me at the start when I was stressed out, and is super knowledgeable about the body. I’ve seen three massage therapists here at hand and stone (Bailey, Jeremiah, and Amber) and all three have exceeded my expectations. They’re amazing. I can’t imagine not coming back

This was my first facial...wow it was fabulous. The watermelon/ orange infused water was delicious and the staff are amazing.

I meet the owner and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Her service made me become a member.

The manager who owns the location in Ann Arbor is very pleasant and makes me feel welcomed. The staff is amazing and polite and massage therapist is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable about scoliosis and how to relieve pain—which is rare. Usually folks have general knowledge around scoliosis, but my massage therapist has been so helpful in relieving my pain. Each time I come I feel better.

I loved Avery. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a great facial! I will definitely get more facials with her.
