The front desk staff are always so sweet and kind. My esthetician I believe is Maria. She is excellent and has great skills. She has great knowledge and very informative. I really like her.

I was highly satisfied because the massage therapist was waiting on me when I arrived, knowledgeable of my needs and made recommendations for what need to be care for for future visits.

Avery, the person who did my facial, was extra kind and attentive. She was able to answer all of my questions in great detail and helped me understand my skin better. My massage therapist amber was able to work out some hip tightness I was having, as well some shoulder mobility issues. The hot stones used on my upper body were highly effective as well. I so appreciate Amber's knowledge and work!

Susan was awesome! She was very attentive and helpful during my first massage. She worked on my pain area and gave me pointers to help that area. Hand and Stone was clean and had a nice, relaxing environment. All staff members encountered were polite. The only minor downside is it’s actually a 50 minute massage, but I understood this as it said so in the booking.

I have been worried about Covid safety and had not had a facial since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. I waited over two years until cases in my area had declined significantly in my area to return to Hand & Stone. When I called to book my appointment, I was assured that the aestheticians who would give facials to me and my mother were fully vaccinated and had booster shots. We both had really wonderful facials and felt safe doing it. We will go back next month.
