I have been worried about Covid safety and had not had a facial since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. I waited over two years until cases in my area had declined significantly in my area to return to Hand & Stone. When I called to book my appointment, I was assured that the aestheticians who would give facials to me and my mother were fully vaccinated and had booster shots. We both had really wonderful facials and felt safe doing it. We will go back next month.

My spa day was so wonderful! The receptionist called me early and got me in for a facial and that meant a lot to me. I had a really long work week and a spa day it was just what I needed. I love coming to the spa to relax and forget all of my stress of life.

Mercedes, my massage therapist, took her time targeting my trouble spots. She used the right amount of pressure and at the end of the massage, I felt the most relaxed I'd been in the longest time. She also gave me recommendations for what she thought I'd benefit most from during my next visits.
