Hand and Stone

This is was my first time experiencing this spa and I was very pleased by the service. This was my second time ever having a professional massage and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this spa to my friends and family. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

When I came in, I was greeted and offered water and information on the products I was looking at. All of my questions that I had for Matthew, my massage therapist, were answered in great detail. During the sign up process to become a member, the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

This service provider specifically focused on requested areas and worked out the knot. Others, both here and elsewhere, have not given those areas the same attention

I was in a waitlist and was placed into a spa day (2 services) the next day. I received excellent care from both the esthetician and massage therapist and plan on returning.

Avery was wonderful but she always is! He knowledge of products and how to best care for my skin has made such a difference. She makes me feel so comfortable and cared for when I am on her table. My skin also looks great because of her work and recommendations for my daily care! The reception staff is ALWAYS so friendly and kind. I feel very welcomed when I check in for my appointments and they always help to get me scheduled for my next visit.

The profesional that did my facial was really good

My therapist listened, asked good questions, and confirmed my comfort throughout without making me feel like I needed to hold a consistent conversation. Her pressure was great, and the chance to use a pregnancy pillow makes for a much higher quality prenatal massage, for me.

Amber was great and the massage was very relaxing.

Massage was absolutely amazing, exactly what I had asked for. The facial was good but I was offered an upgrade which felt a bit pushy when I already pay for a monthly membership. I was very impressed with massage but I could take or leave the facial.
