My therapist did a wonderful job - she used great techniques that I’d never experienced before with a deep tissue massage. Very skilled.

Great customer service and very professional staff. Checking in was very easy. The masseuse was very attentive and friendly.

I am a member and booked this appointment last minute and went on a wait list because it was a weekend. Within a few hours the receptionist contacted me she had a cancellation and we both were excited. The check in process is first rate with respect to COVID precautions. I have had the same therapist a few times there, Maureen. We are able to communicate well regarding my physical and mental stressors that I’m seeking massage relief for. Maureen is caring, well skilled and most importantly a genuinely kind person who wants to take care of us members. I have had wonderful experiences at this spa from Tamara the manager and my Aesthetician Sarah that I see frequently and will even call me if she has a last minute cancellation. Everyone is nice and helpful, and everything was clean. Availability of massage times is great, at other locations I've had issues booking in the past. The website has also improved a lot, making it easier to book/change appointments if needed.
