The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. They always make me feel comfortable before the appointment, and taken care of afterwards. Amber was very knowledgeable in both the massage and facial. I appreciated her personality and her openness to what I was hoping to accomplish during my appointment. My skin looks great, and I feel like a world of tension was released from my fascia and crunchies - She taught me those words lol :) Per usual, I'm very satisfied with my Hand & Stone experience.
