Hand and Stone

This was my first time back for a massage since Covid. The spa was clean. Maureen is my favorite therapist. She always makes me feel great!

The staff at the Ann Arbor location is tip top at every level! I am greeted by name almost always when I walk in the front door, and even when an issue has popped up once or twice...the resolution is quick and has exceeded my expectations. This location is always very well maintained, staffed with friendly folks, and maintains a very serene vibe. I've been going to this location for 3 years now and can't foresee a time when I'll stop going there unless I move an unreasonable distance away. Again, these folks are tip.top.magoo!!!

The physical space, all of the staff I interacted with, and the massage itself were all top notch. I would absolutely recommend Hand & Stone to others.

The precautions for Covid in the spa were great. Bailey did an excellent job. She listened to my current list of pains and the provided manual traction/spinal decompression that really helped me feel better afterward. I will definitely get this type of massage again.

I felt very safe as far as Covid issues go. Everyone was very nice and professional. I already have an appointment booked for next month!

The process from the reservation to the service was smooth.

The friendliness of all staff members me and my friend felt more than welcome even though we were late to our appointment. The cleanliness off the establishment bathrooms, massage rooms and lobby were spotless. I will definitely be returning and giving great referrals to Hand and Stone.
