I've seen Cayla, my therapist, twice in the past three weeks for some on going neck and back pain, and she has done an incredible job listening to my concerns, addressing them with knowledge, skill and a relaxed presence.

My massage therapist was friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and was able to relieve the pain I had coming in. She also was nice about offering future help and support

The staff made me feel very welcome, as always. My massage therapist was nice, friendly and attentive. Again, as always. And I came out feeling much better than I did going in!

Amber is excellent. She is very knowledgable about the products she uses and the services she provides. The facials Amber provides are very high quality.

I love Renee! She’s the deep tissue queen and always helps me dig deep into my problem areas. Reception staff is really friendly and helpful as well.

They were able to get me in within 45 minutes. Excellent! I did request a female technician, and was told "Joey" would be my tech. I was a bit surprised when it was a male.

The massage therapist was thorough. She made me feel comfortable. She accommodated my request. Warm towels she provided enhanced my relaxation. The warmth of the massage table was appropriate.

Easy to book, all staff act as if they’re happy I’m there, every massage I’ve ever had at H & S has been excellent. I’ve been a member for years and it’s always been great. Decent value for the services and occasional “perks” are nice.

Very friendly staff and very clean building. The massage therapist did an amazing job and made my back feel a lot better. The fact that my massage therapist asked me if there were any certain areas that I wanted her to work on and when I told her the problems that I was having with my back she's been a really good amount of time on it trying to make my back feel better which she did.
