I was highly satisfied because I did not have to wait a long time in the lobby. My massage therapist did a good job.

Well, if I could have given higher feedback, I would have. As soon as you step in to the salon, your relaxation starts. There is quiet music, the receptionists talk very softly and quietly and the room is not too bright. The check in process is so easy and the actual facial was even better. For 1 hour of my life I thought about nothing. No stress, no schedule, just me myself and the feeling of the massage. I went from tense in the beginning to fluid in the end. I honestly cannot express just how much I needed and need that. It was so amazing that I asked if it had to end. Thank you guys so much for letting me escape reality for 1 hour.

The room was very clean and warm. The massager was very informative,sensative, kind, thorough. I could have fallen asleep and wish I had. Awesome experience.

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone and it was a great experience! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed for my appointment. All the employees were very nice and welcoming upon arrival and when I left.

Reene is absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable and very capable of addressing areas of pain and successfully improving those trouble areas! I am very impressed with her and would highly recommend her to my family/friends. My only recommendation would be requesting improving the music selection that plays. It is not a soothing/relaxing style of music and it's been played the last couple of times I've visited.

You guys do a great job providing quality services. I never feel better than when I walk out of a ha d and stone after a massage. All the aches and pains just melt away.
