Professional, inviting, therapist understands her craft and is very good at using her skills

Everyone there is nice and friendly. . However, this is the second visit where I was assigned to a therapist other than the one I had an appointment with. My second visit overall. I was hesitant about joining this spa because of similar complaints online. It seems to be VERY common, at least for this location, to move clients into other appointments without their consent. I honestly would fire a manager who allowed this to happen. . It turned out that I was very happy with my therapist Shelby's massage. She definitely knows what she's doing. But I will discontinue my plan if it happens again.

Kathy worked magic on my stiff and sore lower back. I walked in with pain and walked out feeling great. I appreciated that she adjusted her pressure based on my comfort level.

Massage was excellent and I able to easily schedule

It was a wonderful experience and the therpist really was quite talented and switched from oil to lotion for me. Great Comunicator..... we just had fun two days in a row. i had some massage in th back and getting ready for another long drive in the RV. the store is Beautiful. Forgot to mention that my Supper Hero was Maureen.

Shelby was one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever seen. She was effective at relieving my pain. She’s also friendly.
