Staff at the desk greeted me and introduced themselves. I have a very brief wait for Abdul and was welcomed by him. He paid attention to my requests and provided quality service. I left feeling relaxed and happy.

Tracey and her staff do an exceptional job of helping you relax upon arrival and enjoy your experience at Hand and Stone. The scents, mood, sound and ambience are just right. They are consummate professionals.

My therapist is extremely knowledgeable, skillful at identifying problem areas, and capable of relieving tension in those areas. I have complete trust in her judgment. I left with greater range of motion and have been seeing the benefits of my sessions for weeks and months afterward.

I felt relaxed after the massage after a stressful week. Michelle was super nice and considerate to my needs. Overall good experience, the only problem is the pricing is kind of high for me as a college student so i will probably cancel my membership once the school year starts because i won’t be able to work as much.

I felt very pampered by my esthetician Torey. She explained about the products she would be using for my facial and why she felt them appropriate for my skin type. Her technique was extremely soothing. After the session Torey recommended a few products for me to purchase ... she kept it simple and was not pushy, which I appreciated.

The therapist was able to release tension in muscles and I feel so much better now.

Emily was very good. Knowledgeable and I felt she did a much better job than I have previously had.

Everything was wonderful. The only quibble I can raise is about the ceiling tile in the massage room; it had a brown water/rust stain. The stain is why I gave the ambiance only "satisfied" instead of "highly satisfied."

I was given a gift card from a friend as a gift. My experience at the spa resulted in my signing up for a membership. I have recommended them at least 4 more times in the last 2 days. I had an excellent experience with my esthetician. She was very knowledgeable and able to help me with specific problems / questions that I had about my skin routine and care.
