Receptionists are the first point of contact for any customer and each time I have entered, they are smiling, warm, and so pleasent! The ambiance is lovely and relaxing right away. They need a SHOUT OUT!! The massage therapists check in here and there which is very good as H&S is my first experience with full body massage. They are professional, courteous, have great a skill.

I appreciate that my appointment begins on time. I never have to wait for Emmalee. However, I am saddened that she is leaving... Hopefully, I will like Amber just as much. :)

I received a more therapeutic massage than I have ever received before and although it didn’t relieve my issues immediately (which I did not expect as they have been chronic) I am hopeful they will correct issues over time and repeated sessions

Renee provided an excellent massage. The best deep tissue massage I've ever had. She was able to locate my trouble points and work on them. She was also super friendly and caring.
