The receptionists were very genuine in their conversation with me when I entered the building. My massage therapist asked questions about my problem areas and if I needed anything else while there. He also gave me some pointers to helping my pain level outside of the appointment.

Love love love the ambiance of the spa! Offering the flavored water gave me the opportunity to try something new.

I was able to receive an appointment on the same day for a deep tissue massage which was just what I needed. The staff was helpful and professional.

The staff were all very friendly and made me feel welcome. The reception area was inviting and clean. My massage therapist was friendly and made sure she understood where my trouble spots were. She even explained ahead of time, at which point during the massage she’d focus on those spots

The staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating. I was offered water before and after my session. The staff thoroughly explained the membership benefits at the end of my session. Renee explained everything she was doing during the massage and continuously checked in on me throughout.

My esthetician is very knowledgeable and she is even getting better and better since I first had her since 6 months ago. However my daughter didn’t have one as good as my esthetician, she had to change them. Her skin is not improved as much as she wants. I guess it is all about how good esthetician we have. The receptionists are all very kind.
