My esthetician took the time to review my routine and exchanged emails to check up on my skin. My skin improved greatly since coming for facials at Hand & Stone.

The staff was friendly , the location convenient, and the rooms clean and comfortable. I've been a client of Amber's before and she is extremely knowledgeable and informed me along the way about everything she was doing and using. Hand and Stone has many more options available.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and the appointment booking process was simple and quick. My massage therapist was very good and she asked good questions about the pressure level and any problem areas.

It is easy to make appointments. Facility is attractive, clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Every person from whom I've had a massage at H & S has done an excellent job. Very responsive to concerns.

The staff is exceptional at the Ann Arbor Hand & Stone. From the moment I arrive until my departure, it is always serene, calm and relaxing. I live 40 minutes away and could go to a closer location but I’ve fallen in love with my experience at this location. I’m reminded of why they are worth the drive every single time I go!!!

The receptionist was accommodating in finding a time that worked. When I was running late to my appointment, it was no problem at all. Everything is always handled very well. This was my first appointment with John and I was very pleased.
