I think the staff is very friendly. Torey, the girl who did my facial, is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance is great!

I like the monthly membership. My massage therapist, Geni, is the best. She’s one of the main reasons I continue to drive 50 miles and keep coming every month.

I always enjoyed my massages there, and everyone has been friendly and helpful. There is one downside, however -- neither I, nor the local people, have been able to get my online account to show that I'm a member. I have written the "Contact Us" link online weeks ago, asking for that to be fixed and no one ever replied. But aside from that, my experiences with the local location have been stellar.
