Emmalea was personable and easy to chat with. I was guided through the process. Emmalea provided a lot of information on my skin which was useful.

Too much talking (sometimes loud) in the hallway outside of the room I was in!

The people are friendly. The employees seem to know their craft & like what they do.

Everyone was pleasant from the reception to the therapist. The therapist made sure that all my needs were met and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. She answered my questions at the end also. Very professional

Everyone is so welcoming when I go to Hand and Stone. I have an excellent relationship with Kayla and her attention to my needs and my skin type is excellent. She is the reason I have a membership for facials.

ive been coming for years and i almost always have matthew as my masseuse. he is SO good at his job. his strength/pressure is a little much tho sometimes lol :)

Everything thing was wonderful....from appointment making to checking out. Love Sara my massage therapist... she does the perfect amount of pressure and I always feel great after.
