The therapist, Genevieve, was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She communicated effectively and kindly. The receptionist was informative, patient and friendly. The massage was on time. I've already referred two people to this therpaist.

When visiting Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa the staff are always friendly. I always receive recommendations for new products that would be beneficial. Also the value that I receive is great.

I like the convenience and ability to get appointments last minute. I like the ambiance and the friendliness of the employees. I have had 4 or 5 different massage therapists there and they have all been great, especially Genni (my last therapist).. I booked another appointment for 2 weeks before leaving from my last appointment.

It was easy to book my appointment and the receptionist made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I saw Tori for my facial and she was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner or manager is usually around and resolve any issues there are, if any. Now that I have become a regular client, the up-selling has stopped which is important to me. I am a consumer who knows what I want and ask for more information or options if I am interested.
