Going to Hand & Stone is always a wonderful experience. They always greet me as soon as I walk ion the door offering something to drink. The reception area is very calming and the rooms are always clean and of an acceptable temperature. I always come out feeling better than when I came in.

The massage therapist, Sarah B., was excellent. I appreciated that she asked about the amount of pressure she was using and happily used even more firm pressure when I requested it. I wish there was an option for longer massages on the weekends, as Monday-Thursday are tough for me to make appointments. Also, I wish there was a longer option than 80 minutes.

Great place.... a word to the owner, I know your reception staff must upsell... it’s business. I understand this principle, when you’re in the business of relaxation, it’s annoying to come out sleepy and relaxed and having things upsold about joining a monthly membership. It put me on the spot and made me feel uncomfortable. Then to be told that the next visit would be $30 more because I opted out of his membership. You need to look at your services and compare to the numerous local competitors surrounding you. It was a bummer to the end of a wonderful massage.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone and it was long overdue getting in there. I received the massage certificate as a gift. When I booked the appointment I mentioned some specific needs I had and they recommended Sarah. She was really good and I could tell very quickly that she had experience and knowledge related to my needs. Will be booking again with her soon!
