I've been a member for about 2.5 years and Hand & Stone has always worked with me when I've had personal problems, i.e. needed to take time outs on my membership due to medical reasons. My massage therapist always listens to me and relieves the areas I tell her are bothering me and we have gotten to know each other and become friends. When I enter I'm always greeted with smiles and sometimes a hug from Theresa who I've known from day one. I'm offered flavored water and asked if I'm comfortable or if I need anything. I don't get treated this way anywhere else I go. I love it at Hand & Stone.

Personable, friendly staff. I've paid 3x the price for the same facial at a full service spa. Appointments are always on time. Staff doesn't push unneeded products. And they always give me water and remind me to hydrate.
