The staff go out of their way to make me feel important and cared for

My original appointment had to be changed because the aesthetician was sick. The receptionist was very professional about it and very apologetic - and did everything she could to find another time that worked for me. And my facial was great!

The therapist is the only one who can make my massage last more than 12 hours. I am relaxed for days.

I love Hand & Stone! I will continue my membership so that I can alternate the facials/massages each month. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Emmalee (sp) is my favorite!
