All of the staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the appointment. I believe Jillian was the aesthetician and she was friendly and knowledgeable and had a light touch that was very soothing. Bill was the massage therapist and he gave me the best massage I've had in a long time. He was professional and the pressure he used was perfect. I have already booked another massage and will book another facial in the near future. It's an excellent store.
