The only reason I rated highly satisfied was due to our massage therapists as they were the best & my overall experiences with Hand & Stone.. However, the two receptionist were terrible! One kept laughing at everything & the other wasn’t knowledgeable & tried to overcharge me! Thank God I’m an previous customer ☺️

Tessandra is a gifted massage therapist. She has healing hands and is knowledgeable with follow on stretches and breathing exercises to alleviate stress and body aches.

Professional polite and respectful staff

My massage experience was great. Tsondra was prepared and organized in helping me revive great customer service. The front desk staff were amazing upon checking in. Overall it was a great experience, though I would suggest that the spa massage rooms can provide a much better appeal to the eye and after an oil massage the customers can have a better way at wiping the oils off and drying.
