I wish add-on services were added on with additional time. I don't mind paying the extra for additional services but wish I still received the original hour of the main service.

I have been coming to Hand & Stone for several months now and Erika has been my esthetician. She knows me and my skin and notices any changes. I'm very happy with her!

Hand and Stone has a great check in process, I never have to wait more than 6 minutes for my therapist. I love Elizabeth, she is sweet and effective at getting the tension in my neck and shoulders worked out. Checking out is smooth as well, never a lag time. Well done!
