This was my first time seeing Grace for a facial and she was so wonderful! She was very kind and after hearing what I needed for my skin, gave my one of the best facials I've had. The whole experience was relaxing, calm, and clean.

Tsendra always does exactly what we talk about. She is very diligent in her work!

Friendly and courteous staff. I waited maybe 2 minutes in the waiting room which was very clean. My aesthetician is always so helpful and kind and keeps me very relaxed.

My esthetician was Grace and she was amazing! She walked me through every step of the process since it was my first facial. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very personable!

I have had a lot of facials at elite spas around the world. Olivia was absolutely one of the BEST Aesthetician I have ever had. It is like she was born to do this. She was gentle, thorough and exacting with every move during my Dermalfusion facial. She recommended products and explained the 'why' instead of trying to sell me something. She clearly loves what she does and is exceptional at it. It was a WOW!!!

Bill is a great therapist - he gives a good massage, and he is always on time. The bolsters are useless though at this facility and the massage oil is really unpleasant smelling and you walk out greasy. I hate that part. At least if it smelled amazing, I wouldn't mind so much.

Didn’t wait long. Room was comfortable. Bed was warm. Massage was relaxing. Therapist did a good job. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. It is hard to get appointments a lot of the time. I hate waiting a month or more.

My experience at Hand and Stone was lovely. My husband and I left feeling very relaxed, which was the entire reason for our visit.
