Professional service and very relaxing

I thought Brandy did a fine job. She listened to my needs and worked the areas that needed the most.

Made my appt easily on the phone, front desk staff was helpful and welcoming and Shea was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations that were great.

Great massage, friendly therapist. I appreciated the amount of oil she used—a lot of other therapists don’t use enough and the massage feels dry. My specific area of concern felt much better by the next day.

Receptionists didn’t acknowledge me. There were 3 people dealing with 2 customers with issues. I sat down without being checked in. The therapist came out and called my name so I didn’t wait long for massage. Therapist was awesome and did a great job. Luckily he knew his schedule and checked to see if I was there even though I wasn’t checked in or even greeted by receptionists.

The massage therapist was so wonderful to listen to my concerns about my knees and lower back. We just ran out of time to really address my back pain. She did such a amazing job with both my legs that I was able to walk out with not much pain. She recommended that I book a longer session to help give more attention to my areas that needed the most help. I will book her again and with a longer session. Thanks, Clair Vaughan

Brandie was very knowledgeable regarding my foot pain. She offered to bring a massage tool to do more at my next visit. She worked areas around the heal that benefitted the plantar tendon in order to relieve more pain.

Elizabeth gave one of the best massages I have had. The customer service was exceptional and every person working there seemed to genuinely care about my experience. I would highly recommend Hand and Stone.
