It was very relaxing. The time spent on my shoulder was affective in relieving my pain. The lady performing the massage did a great job of explaining every step.

The therapist I had, Elizabeth Sowell, is the best masseuse I have ever experienced. I have had the fortune of getting massages all over the US at various resorts and she is hands down the best!!!!
