Therapist was friendly - right amount of conversation (not too much but not too little). He listened and was knowledgeable. Ease of making appointment. Reception staff super friendly. Overall great experience

Once you find your favorite therapists, and know they are great, it's then difficult to get recurring appointments with them because everyone wants them!! It's a challenge to find times outside M-F 8:00 - 5:00 when most people work. Elizabeth S. is the best, and several other therapists in Franklin are really good too.
