Preston is an amazing massage therapist. He’s knowledgeable and always listens to my needs and preferences. The receptionist that day, I think Veronica was her name, was sooooo nice! I adored her and loved her friendly, welcoming nature!

I have been a long time member of hand and stone. With the holidays upon us my daughter was in town and I could not change my appointment without getting charged half of my cost to Friday. There was a an appointment available on 12 three at 6:30 and I wanted to change it so that I could spend time with my daughter who does not live here and I was not afforded that opportunity because you wanted to charge me a cancellation fee you will no longer get my business

Therapist was very tentative and ask for my expectations. Applied strong pressure where needed and made time for relaxation portions too.
