Hand and Stone

I signed up for a membership because the Brentwood location is close to my house. They rarely, if ever, have any appointments for a massage, and the receptionist claims they're having a staffing issue. I could probably believe that if every other massage studio in this area was experiencing the same problem, but they're not. I've paid out of pocket to go other places and I never have a problem. I tried to transfer some of my massages to my step-daughter who lives in another state, thinking maybe she could at least enjoy my membership. Staff in Brentwood said they only allow three transfers a year now, which is bizarre because I transferred at least five to other people last year as Christmas gifts. All in all, this is a waste of money, and I'm trying to spend down my account ASAP so I can cancel.

Massage was very relaxing. Brandelle never disappoints. Good atmosphere.

All staff were friendly and efficient. Renee, my aesthetician, is a true expert in her field. In all my years of receiving facials, she is the best. She is also friendly and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Both of the massage therapists I have had in the past month (Lauren @ Brentwood and Eric @ Franklin) were amazing! They were knowledgeable about the issues I have because of distance running and worked specifically to help in those areas. They are comparable to a therapist I had who was recommended by my local running store. I felt at ease, listened to (super important) and can't wait until I see either of them again. The only issue is how far out I have to schedule!

It was my son's first massage. Bill helped him feel comfortable and echoed my encouragement for my son to speak his needs. It was a wonderful first experience.

My massage therapist is a professional and cares about helping to relieve the aches and pains associated with my knots, tightness, and stress. I also appreciate the friendly front desk staff.
